Praxis: Making Theory Embodied

Recorded at Insight Meditation Satsang

DESCRIPTION

Last week, after talking about rebirth in phenomenological ways that got a bit abstract, we ended with a question about how to practice with all this. Always a good question. So tonight we’ll start there, and bring it back onto the cushion and into the flow of our days. Here’s my version of the question I’ll reflect on tonight: How should we practice if we take the teachings about rebirth seriously?

I’ll explore this not just in terms of meditation but in terms of intentional cultivation in all parts of our life, because it’s as much a View question as a Samādhi one.
